Fast Delivery

We are completely committed to our clients with the best customer service possible, and one of the ways we excel in this area is by delivering all of our products promptly. We are able to achieve this by having ample buffer stock on site, as well as having our own fleet of delivery vehicles that is ready to dispatch orders at any time. In addition, we import products using well-known and established courier services as DHL or TNT, with cost savings passed onto our clients through regular contracts with these companies.

Original Product

As an authorized distributor of the brands we work with, we only provide original products with complete documentation, including Country of Origin, Cerificate of Analysis, Safety Certificate and a clear warranty.

Free Technical & Training Seminars

We also support our customers with free technical training sessions on how to use and maintain the products. We hold seminars to develop product knoledge and other related subjects for existing or potential customers; from time to time, this training is conducted directly by our engineers or our principals, supported by complete demo units to ensure thatthe training is pratical and applicable. Such training can be held either on clients’ premises or in our dedicated training room. For existing customers, we also hold regular events to update them on new product technology that could improve their operational processes and efficiency.

Free Trials & Samples

To educate our customers, we also offer free trial products and samples. With this service, customers can test and try our products for a certain time period prior to purchase, to be sure of the equality and performance of the products.

Technical Visit with Principals

To solve customer problems and to give the very best advice on operational processes with a view to making them more efficient and effective, our technical team is on hand to visit our customers accompanied, from time to time, by engineers from our principals.

Showroom, Office, and Training Room

We have three offices; in Tangerang, bekasi and Surabaya, the latter a dedicated building. As well as functioning as an office, this building is also used as showroom so yhat potential customers can try our products before they purchase them. Our office also has a training and seminar room, which is used to support our clients in terms of product knowledge, operation and maintenance, as well as the seminars described above.

Workshop and Warehouse

As well as our office building, Nabel Sakha also has workshop in Tangerang housed in a 1000-square-metre building complete with top-of-the-range machinery that includes a cutting machine, a lathe and other related tools. This workshop also serves as a warehouse for our buffer stock, comprising a complete range of products and spare parts to anticipate any urgent needs that our customers have, as well as providing regular shipments of our products. Our inventory is professionally controlled by an SAP IT system to ensure that it is effectively.
