Customer Issues:
– The Hydraulic Curing machine uses oil Initor 46 , issues faced are hydraulic seal leaked, causing oil to drop out from the seal and higher operating temperature up to 60 ° C
– Higher consumption of Initor, the oil formed of sludge on the bottom of the
reservoir tank, where leakage also accurs.

– To solve the issues, we proposed AZOLLA ZS 46, with very high performance anti-wear additives for hydraulic oils. Azolla ZS 46 made from Mineral Group II base oil, very good oxidation stability ensures a long service life of the fluid. Excellent hydrolytic stability prevents filter blocking and reduces leaks.
