➢ The moulding machines made by Husky makes strict specification for lubrication, especially on oil cleanliness based on ISO 4406 with standards minimum 14/12/10, and maximum 17/14/11)
➢ High consume of oil for their moulding machines used Shell Tellus S2 MX 46 which has ISO 4406 20/18/15. According to the standard of ITA’s concerned, they need to do filtration until the oil cleanliness reach into their ISO’s standards
➢ The servo pump has frequent damage, because the impact of blocked filter by contaminant.
