Free Technical Training
We also support our customers with free technical training sessions on using and maintaining the products. We hold seminars to develop product knowledge and other related subjects for existing or potential customers; from time to time, this training is conducted directly by our engineers or our principals, supported by complete demo units to ensure that the training is practical and applicable. Such training can be held on the client’s premises or in our dedicated training room. We also have regular events to update existing customers on new product technology that could improve their operational processes and efficiency.
We seek to be a reliable long-term partner for all its clients, especially during urgent situations. To fulfil this need, we are always on hand to help our customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
On Site Technical Visit
To solve customer problems and give the very best advice on operational processes to make them more efficient and effective, our technical team is on hand to visit our customers, accompanied, from time to time, by engineers from our principals.
As well as our office building, Nabel Sakha also has a warehouse in Tangerang and Surabaya. This warehouse serves as a place for our buffer stock, comprising a complete range of products and spare parts to anticipate any urgent needs that our customers have and provide regular shipments of our products. Our inventory is professionally using an SAP IT system to ensure that our products are perfectly managed.
